How do I transfer my hub information to a new Dimplex Hub?

The video attached will take you step by step through the process of transferring data from your old Dimplex Hub to your new Hub. 

To transfer your data from your old to new Hub, you will need to do the following.

1. Log into the Dimplex App.
2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the Hub you’d like to transfer from.
3. Scroll down and select ‘Replace Hub’.
4. After reading through the summary, click on ‘Replace Hub’.
5. Click on ‘Scan QR’ (Or you can enter manually).
6. Scan QR code of new Dimplex Hub.
7. Select ‘Next’ once QR has been scanned.
8. Select the Connection Mode you would like to use; Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
9. If selected Wi-Fi, Press the ‘Bluetooth’ Button.
10. If the light is a solid blue, press ‘Yes, the light is solid blue.
    If it is not, follow the link to ‘Help my light is not blue’.
11. Enter the PIN to pair your Bluetooth Request.
12. Select which Wi-Fi network is yours and enter the password.
13. Set a Hub Name.
14. Set Hub Address.
15. Then you should get a screen showing you have been successful with the replacement process.
