Applicable to models: Dimplex Hub, Dimplex Control App
Try restarting your device in the first instance. If the app continues to crash after restarting your device, delete and reinstall the Dimplex Control App from the phone's app store.

Please have your device information ready:
Android: Go to Settings - About device - Note down what phone model & version of Android being used.
Apple iOS: Go to Settings, General, About - Note down the device model and ios version being used.
Within the Dimplex Control app, if it opens: Settings - Info - App version.
