Applicable to models: Dimplex Hub, Dimplex Control App
Make sure that your phone's operating system is up to date and that the Dimplex Control app is also updated to the latest version from the phone's app store. Close the app from your device's app switching menu, then try re-opening the app.
If the app still won't open, try restarting your device.
If restarting your device does not solve the issue, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. This will not affect your system, simply log back in when the app is re-installed and you will have access to your system.
