Room sensor misreading.
Check distance and any obstructions around the appliance
If the error occurs within 2 mins of the heater being powered on, it is the room sensor misreading.
If heater is in warranty, please raise an engineer visit.
Take Part 11031 & QMKIT2 as it could be the Room Temperature sensor or the Charge Controller at fault.
DO NOT SEND JUST THE CHARGE CONTROLLER AS MOST AGENTS CANNOT CHANGE SOFTWARE, SO QMKIT2 SHOULD BE SENT.
If the error occurs after 2 mins or it randomly happens after some time, this suggests a software issue. Most engineers will not have the special software tool so part QMKIT2 should be requested as it is pre-programmed.
