Fault Meaning
Error 002 means that the room temperature sensor is misreading. If the error occurs within 1 minute of power on, then it is likely it is a genuine fault and the room thermistor connection checked and if needed, changed out.
Remedy
The heater will require an engineer to visit, with parts 11031 & QMKIT1 as it could be the Room Temperature sensor or the Charge Controller at fault.
