This means the core temperature sensor is misreading.
If the error occurs within 1 minute of power on, then it is likely it is a genuine fault and the core thermistor connection checked and if needed, changed out. When replacing, note the depth should be to the cable tie. As a stop point when inserting the probe into the core.
Remedy
In guarantee, raise service visit request.
Take Part 10855A & QMKIT1 as it could be the Core Temperature sensor or the Charge Controller at fault.
DO NOT SEND JUST THE CHARGE CONTROLLER AS MOST AGENTS CANNOT CHANGE SOFTWARE, SO QMKIT1 SHOULD BE SENT.
If possible you should check the following items and if they are not correct you should contact your installer prior to raising a ticket for a service call.
- Have the trips in your consumer unit switched off? (switch back on if they have)
- Check that the switches controlling the supplies to your product are on
- There should be a switch (unfused) for the off peak supply
- The continuous supply should not be on a plug
- Are the supply cables different sizes, off peak supply should be on a 2.5mm2 cable
- Have you set up the user interface (control on the top of the product correctly?
