Has the installer been back to check all connections, including those within the heater
Is the heater covered, obstructed or used as an aid to dry clothes, have all clearances been adhered to in accordance with the instruction’s
In the first instance, switch off the Peak supply (Wait 5 Minutes) switch on the Peak supply. If the fault clears all okay and no further action, if the fault reappears then a service request will be required. See additional help link below which will provide action dependent if product in or out of guarantee.
