After switching your heater back on if switched off for a period of time the heater can take up to 2-3 days to take their calculations, take a charge and start working normally.
This is not a fault and is normal operation.
If the heater still doesn't take a charge after 2-3 days then please check-
- Supply has been confirmed to the heater.
- Heater is not covered or obstructed as per the clearances set in the manual.
- Time & date settings & timer modes set up correctly - refer to relevant series user manual which can be found via https://www.dimplex.co.uk/support/guides when entering your model details. Ie QM100.
- Temperature on User interface has been set higher than the current room temperature
