How do I identify my Heat Pump Model?

The model of the heat pump can be found on the data badge on the casing of the unit.

For example, SI 14 ME would be - ground source heat pump, internally installed, 14kw, single phased with a WPM controller mounted onto the heat pump.

If the model had been SI 14 MER would be the same as the above but with an added feature, the R advises us it is a reversible unit.

I = INVERTER
