The DAR radiator is not getting the room up to temperature, but the product is hot to the touch. What do I do?

Check that the timer is allowing the heater to run long enough. Depending on the size of the heater selected vs the size of the room and heat losses of the room, the heater may need to be on for longer to enable it to raise the room temperature in colder weather. It may also help to turn the thermostat up another degree or so if you still feel cold.

If the heater is still piping hot to the touch, has been on for several hours and is set to a high enough set temperature, but the room is still not warm enough, then the heater may simply be undersized for the room it is trying to heat up. You may need a bigger radiator, or an additional radiator for the room. A heat calculation should be carried out to assess the heating load. If using the calculator, select "panel convector" as the type of heater.
