The Quantum RF has an Away Mode that can be set during times where you are not at the property. This is to allow the heater to maintain a minimum room temperature for a set period until your return.
To set the Away Mode please follow the below instructions:
- Press the Menu button to access the ‘Main Menu’
- Turn Dial to ‘Modes’
- Press the Dial
- Press the Dial to ‘Timer Modes’
- Turn the Dial to select ‘Away Mode’
- Press the Dial
- You will then see the following screen:
where you can amend the date and time for the heater to return to your programmed timer - Turn the dial to the day you wish the heaters to come back on
- Press the Dial to the month and turn the dial to amend the month
- Press the Dial to the year and turn the dial to amend the year
- Press the Dial to move down to the hour of your return and turn the dial to amend the hour
- Press the Dial to the minutes and turn the dial to amend the minutes
- Press the Dial to the temperature. This is the temperature you wish to set the heater to while you are away
- Turn the Dial to the temperature you wish to set the heater to
- Press the Dial to complete
- The heater will now show a tick to say Away Selected with a tick
- Your heater will now be in Away mode until the return time
- Once the return time has been met, the heater will revert to your previous timer setting
Should you return early and wish to remove the away mode, press the Back button and the heater will ask whether to cancel away. Turn the dial to Yes and press the dial. The heater will then show a tick stating, ‘Away Cancelled’ and the heater will revert to your previous timer setting.
