Hub Connection Error
Please try moving the Hub closer to the heater.
Check to see if anything else could be causing radio inteference. Is there a baby monitor nearby, wireless door bell / door entry / alarm or other devices known to operate on 868MHz frequency? Some devices say their frequency on the back of them.
